ORDERS
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to change your address, please email us immediately at hello@hom.energy.
Don't worry! Just email us with the full name and email address you think you used when ordering, and we can resend the confirmation email.
Orders can be refunded if they are flagged by our system as possibly fraudulent. The most common reason is that customers place an order using a proxy internet connection. Any orders placed using a proxy internet connection will automatically be flagged and refunded.
Please also be aware that we can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
If we are dealing with your request or inquiry, please return our calls, reply to emails, on the same thread to help us solve any problems you may have faster.
On our contact page, or our chat please provide your order number or full name to ensure that your request can be dealt with as quickly as possible.
Shipping
We aim to deliver orders promptly, depending on your chosen shipping option. For further details around our shipping policy, and times, please go to https://www.hom.energy/policies/shipping-policy.
Occasionally, your parcel may move through the system without being scanned. If you don't receive your höm within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hom.energy with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If your order has been returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address, we will try our best to contact you. If international orders are returned, they may incur a fee to be reshipped. If we don't get a reply from you within 7 days, we will refund the items only.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hom.energy . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We got you. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@hom.energy with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
